Membership
Annual Membership
Annual memberships are good from January 1 through December 31. To become a member please complete the following (double-sided printing is preferred, if possible):
- Fill out and sign a Membership Application. Each applying person must submit their own signed copy. Parents or Guardians must also sign Membership Application of youth under 18.
- Fill out and sign the HCRA Waiver. Each applying person must submit their own signed copy. Parents or Guardians must also sign form of youth under 18.
- If you are a new member of Hoemana, you must attach proof of age. Acceptable documents include copies of a driver’s license or State ID or passport or military ID or birth certificate.
- Don’t forget your dues! $130 for adults (19+), $0 for a Junior who has a parent or guardian that is a member of Hoemana or $25 for juniors (18 & under).
Check, made payable to “Hoemana”, Cash, Venmo or PayPal accepted.
